Steven Hirst, Director

Steven founded LAVA in 2002. Previous employment was with Arnotts Biscuits, marketing Tim Tam biscuits. Studies include marketing, finance and film school.

John Zingali, Director. AKA “Z”

John began at LAVA in 2005 and is a co-owner and director of the company.

John brings over ten years of experience in banking, both in New York and Sydney, working for Chase Manhattan and UBS Warburg.  His focus at LAVA is on sales and marketing, and he coordinates much of the “inner workings” and management at the agency.  He loves his excel reports, and can bore you do death about them.  Just ask him.  We dare you.
